Choice Auto provided me with a very quick evaluation of my car issues after I had it towed to their business over a weekend. This is my first experience with Choice Auto. I chose the issues I wanted to be repaired as a priority and appreciate the detailed assessment of all issues that may need to be repaired in the future. This included pictures and videos of some of the issues. I would use their services again without hesitation.

Choice has been taking care of our family’s vehicles for a few years now. Always communicative and efficient. I like their inspection portal they send to show all diagnostic tests to determine what maintenance each car needs and what we just need to keep an eye on.

Got a flat tire on the way back home, stopped here for them to patch it. Unfortunately, they didn’t have the tire we needed. They were so kind to help us fix up our old one and get us on the road to where we can get a new tire. More specifically, we didn’t catch his name, but he was an older gentleman with a white beard and white hair! Definitely great customer service.

I absolutely recommend Choice Auto Repair. Here are two examples of why I think they’re an automotive repair company you can feel good about using for all your needs. Community and Care: I first became aware of the repair shop and the owner – Alton, through the local Z-Car Club (Datsun/Nissan car club). He donated two services to the Z-Car Club’s raffle at their annual car show to help raise money for a non-profit that utilizes horses to help people with various disabilities - a version of animal therapy. I was lucky enough to win one of those services which was a front-to-back evaluation of my 1973 Datsun 240Z. Alton spent a few days thoroughly going over it, especially the areas I asked him to look at. When he was done, he brought me in while it was still on the lift and not only walked me through all the areas he thought needed attention, characterizing them in an “immediate,” “soon,” or “when convenient” sort of way, but also answered many more questions I had. We spent probably a good hour going over a bunch of little items, discussing things that had nothing to do with any repairs I needed. He definitely treated me as if he had nothing else to do that day, and I really appreciated it. His shop was busy, so I’m confident he had plenty of work waiting for him. Now, he did get some work from me, so it was a good investment on his part, but we only tackled about 30% of the repairs he identified. I was thoroughly satisfied with all of his repairs. The car ran significantly better after he and his team worked on it. They even got the original air conditioner to work well. Above-and-Beyond Service: The second example shows the kind of customer service Alton and his crew invest in their business. I hesitate to use this example, because I’m sure he can’t sustain a business doing this every week, but he did it for me and it’s worth sharing. My family was moving from NC to Ohio. Great customer service from the front end! Was my first time taking my used truck anywhere to be looked at. I was helped by Travis (very friendly, charismatic, and helpful), he made setting up what needed to be looked at and drop off very smooth. Later on, helped inform me of some bigger issues with the truck and was given honest and helpful feedback like he was helping out a relative. Would definitely come back for other repair services.

choice did major engine repair on my car. After 2 weeks we had an issue with a part they did not repair. They called and said they feel the tab on my starter may have been compromised during the process done 2 weeks ago. They replaced part at no charge Choice did major engine repair on my car. making the appointment was a breeze. Was told what was needed and how much it would cost. Work was done quick and to the schedule I was given. Price was good and nothing was added without my approval. Choice will be my new mechanic shop from now on. Would recommend Choice Auto Repair to anyone.

This One Will Be A Long One. However It's A MUST I Didn't Forget To Leave This Company A Review. To Try & Make A Long Story Short, They Were Overly A Blessing To Me. They Were The Last People On My List I Called (After Calling So Many Other Places & Getting Sooo Many Different Answers Of What Ifs About My Car Trouble.) Came To Them & Got A Diagnostic Done & Received A Loaner (Thankfully So I Could Still Make It To Work & Back 🙌🏾!) But I Ended Up Needing New Spark Plugs & Coils. I Couldn't Afford The Work At This Time Due To The Lost Of My Grandfather. (Just A Month Ago & He Didn't Have Life Insurance. So It Has Been A Strain On Finances.) However After Going Back & Fourth Between Every Option They Could Offer Me. Things Still Just Wasn't Possible Financially. Well, Today They Texted Me & Told Me They Had Found A Used Coil Part & Put In On My Car Free Of Charge. (To Buy Me A Little Time & Get My Car Back On The Road For Now.) & When I Say I Cried? I Genuinely Did. Because These People Didn't Know Me. This Was My First Time Here & They Darn Sho Didn't Owe Me A Thing At All. I'll NEVER Forget What You'll Did Today & How I Was Treated 🙏🏾. God Bless! & I Don't Know Who Does The Hiring, But EVERYONE In That Building Today? I Hope Stays For A Lifetime. Every. Single. Person.
